Drones at the Heart of Defense Issues: Why Exhibit at UAV SHOW 2025?

In a geopolitical context marked by the resurgence of high-intensity conflicts, drones have become a central technological and operational issue in military operations.

They structure the ecosystem around them: AI, batteries, communications, sensors, materials, electronic warfare, etc. It is therefore the only European trade show where drones reign supreme, where exhibitors can fully showcase their innovations, solutions, and technologies in a targeted, agile, and technological environment.  

A strategy dictated by figures from the field 

Ukraine has revolutionized the use of drones:  

• 2.2 million drones produced in 2024, including 1.5 million FPV drones 
• 2025 target: 30,000 long-range drones 
• $4 billion in investment dedicated to drones 

These figures are reshaping global military doctrine and inspiring European industrial plans. 

An unprecedented European dynamic  

The European Union and its member states are organizing themselves around ambitious projects:  

• Eurodrone: future MALE drone led by France, Germany, Italy, and Spain  
• Loyal Wingman: competition for the future stealth combat drone to support fighter jets  
• Plan ReArm Europe: €800 billion for industrial and technological sovereignty in defense, with a strong focus on drones and anti-drone capabilities 

In the face of operational urgency, the rise of arsenals, and the reinvention of military doctrines, there is only one answer: be at the heart of the ecosystem.
