General terms and conditions of sale

The general conditions of sale below apply to sales made over the internet and on site. Bordeaux Events And More SAS alongside the company Yurplan handle Internet sales and manage the corresponding data.

For online transaction, customers must expressly acknowledge their receipt and unconditional acceptance of these general terms of sale by clicking "I accept the general terms of sale." By clicking  button the customer furthermore warrants that he or she has legal capacity to enter such commitment or has been granted authorization by a person with such capacity.

BEAM would like to stress that it is important for Internet users to fully understand these general terms of sale.

Access passes are offered on a strictly personal basis. They are sold subject to availability, and are valid from October 14th to 16th, 2025 at the UAV SHOW 2025

 

1- PRICES

The prices indicated on the site are given in euros with all taxes included. All orders are payable in euros.

BEAM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. These modifications will not however affect orders that have been paid in advance.

Certain special offers may only be accessible for a limited time and/or on certain sales channels. No free entry for UAV SHOW 2025.

 

2- PAYMENT

For online reservations, only payment by credit card is accepted.

Any credit card payments will be debited upon final approval of the order.

BEAM will refuse any method of payment not provided for under these general terms.

In the case of payment on site, payment by cash or cheque is accepted.

 

3– SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA

The website includes a security system.The information collected is processed by computer to permit contracts to be executed. The information shall be retained up to the legal time limits applicable to Bordeaux Events And More for purposes of its tax and social security obligations. They may also be used for commercial purposes in subsequent operations by the Bordeaux Events And More direct marketing department (dataprotection@beam.fr) for a period of six years counted from the date when the information was collected. The data recipient is Bordeaux Events And More SAS. Under the provisions of the "computing and civil liberties" law of January 6, 1978 as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Customers have access, rectification, elimination, limitation, portability and opposition rights for information concerning them; they may exercise these rights by writing to BEAM SAS, Délégué à la protection des données [Data Protection Officer], rue Jean Samazeuilh, CS 20088 – 33070 Bordeaux Cedex, or dpo@beam.fr. If you have submitted a complaint to Bordeaux Events and More and are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés [National Commission for Computing and Civil Liberties], which oversees compliance with obligations regarding personal data.

 

4- CONFIRMATION AND VALIDATION OF ONLINE ORDERS

The ticket / badge orders submitted online are definitively guaranteed only upon receipt of your registration confirmation e-mail. Yurplan's automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the reservation. Any reservation confirmed by the customer by clicking on the “validate” button, after payment, constitutes a definitive and irrevocable booking commitment by the customer.

No right of withdrawal: “In accordance with article L 221 28 12 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for trade fairs and exhibitions (assimilated to leisure activities) are not subject to a right of withdrawal”.

 

5– CANCELLATION AND REFUND

No badge will be refunded except in the event of cancellation by the event organizer. In this case, only the buyer may be reimbursed by credit to his bank account for the amount indicated on the receipt and on his written request to BEAM SAS Rue Jean Samazeuilh, CS 20088, 33 070 Bordeaux Cedex

 

6– SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR ELECTRONIC TICKETS

6.1 – OBTAINING BADGES

After full receipt of the order payment, the customer receives an order confirmation at the email address indicated in the file. An electronic link will allow him to print his badge.

To be valid, the e-ticket must be printed in its entirety in portrait mode, on a white A4 sheet of paper, with no change to the print size. The ticket can also be presented on a smartphone screen at the event's access control. Any partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible electronic ticket will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.

 

6.2 – BADGE TERMS OF USE

The UAV SHOW PASS gives an access to UAV SHOW from October 14 to 15, 2025 and to the DEMO DAY the October 16, 2025.

The DEMO DAY PASS gives an access only to the DEMO DAY the October, 16, 2025.

Each ticket / badge has a unique QR code that will be scanned at the entrance to the event.

Customers must keep their ticket / badge. No claim can be made for illegal reproduction, even if made without the customer's knowledge.

This ticket / badge must not be bought from an unknown person, as there is no guarantee of its validity.

Unless otherwise stated, all exits are final.

This ticket / badge may not be resold, under penalty of prosecution (Penal Code art. 446-1 et seq. and art. 225-12-8 et seq.).

 

6.3– PLEASE NOTE 

The organizer is under no obligation to verify the identity of a person presenting a badge at access control, nor the authenticity of the badge presented. For this reason, if a badge holder is denied access to the event, he or she may not claim any right to a refund of the price paid.

The illicit sale of tickets to a sporting event or live performance is punishable by law, as provided under Article 313-6-2 of the Criminal Code, with a fine of €15,000, and €30,000 for repeat offenses.

For any complaints in respect of issues encountered by the buyer during the purchase process (from ordering to printing), it will be incumbent upon the buyer to provide proof of the act of purchase. BEAM reserves the right to decide whether to act on the requests submitted. BEAM likewise declines all responsibility in case of buyer negligence, or in the event of the loss, theft or fraudulent use of tickets.

 

7– RULES OF PROCEDURE

Any visitor to UAV SHOW who has purchased a ticket / badge allowing access to the event undertakes to comply with the rules and regulations of the site, which are attached to these GTC and can also be consulted on the uavshow.com website

 

8- MEDIATION IN CONSUMER AFFAIRS

In accordance with the provisions of articles L 612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the visitor of the UAV SHOW Ticket Office has the right to have free recourse to the mediation service proposed by Bordeaux Events And More under the conditions provided for in article L 612-2 of the same code. The “consumer law” mediator thus proposed is the SOCIETE MEDIATION PROFESSIONNELLE. This mediation system can be contacted electronically at https://www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr/ or by post at Société Médiation Professionnelle - Alteritae – 5, rue Salvaing – 12 000 Rodez.

 

9– IMAGE REPRODUCTION RIGHT

Any visitor to the UAV Show who purchases a ticket grants BEAM, free of charge, for the entire world and for a period of five years, the right to use and exploit any images captured during the event for the purposes of any advertising or promotional campaign related to the UAV SHOW, such as photographs, broadcasts and/or video or sound recordings, these rights being freely transferable by Bordeaux Events And More to any third party of its choice. BEAM undertakes to respect the principles of capturing images in a public place, not to use its images out of context, and to ensure that their use does not damage the visitor's reputation.

 

10- APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES

The ticket sales covered under these general terms of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the district court of Bordeaux shall have sole jurisdiction.

 

 

RULES OF PROCEDURE

 

Preamble

The purpose of these rules is to define the conditions of access, occupation and use common to the Exhibition Centre, The Congress Centre, Hangar 14 and the Cité Mondiale de Bordeaux Convention Centre, both for health and safety and for the operating rules specific to the sites. They apply to all areas, facilities and buildings operated by Bordeaux Events and More, hereinafter referred to as "the operator". 

These rules do not replace the general and special conditions of sale, nor the safety specifications or any other document relating to safety rules.

In case of non-compliance with these rules, Bordeaux Events and More reserves the right to exclude the offending person(s) from the site and, if necessary, to call in the police.

Subsequent modifications to the rules may be made in the interest of the safety of persons and property.

These regulations apply to all users:

  • the organizer, physical or legal person organizing an event, who rents all or part of the premises from the Operator.
  • the exhibitor, a physical or legal person who presents his products or services during an event. The organizer sublets or makes available to the exhibitor a space to enable him to promote his offer. The exhibitor is responsible for its service providers and subcontractors.
  • the service provider or subcontractor, a physical or legal person commissioned by the operator, an organizer or an exhibitor to provide a service on the site.
  • the visitor, a physical person who accesses the site during the public opening hours of an event, freely or on presentation of a paying ticket or an invitation.

 

1. Access, traffic flow and parking conditions

1.1 Access

Only vehicles and/or persons connected with the activities of the site and authorized by the operator may enter and circulate on the site's roads and park in the spaces provided.

Access will take place at the times specified by the organizers, in consultation with the operator.

  • Accreditation

Any person present for an intervention during an event in progress (artist, technician, journalist, production personnel and their service providers, subcontractors...) must have a visible authentication badge.

  • Ticketing

During paying events, all visitors must be in possession of an entry ticket (paying ticket or invitation). Any person not in possession of a ticket will be refused access to the site or the rooms. 

  • Placement

The spectators are required to respect the seat numbering when the show is not open seating and must follow the directions of the hall staff.

  • Exit

Unless otherwise stated, any exit from the area where the event is taking place is definitive.

 

1.2 Circulation and parking

Organizers, exhibitors and visitors are required to comply with the regulations and instructions of the operator regarding the circulation and parking of vehicles within the enclosure or on the site.

Unless expressly authorized by the operator, motorized circulation is only allowed on the traffic lanes and on the parking lots provided for this purpose.

The introduction of vehicles into the buildings is expressly forbidden.

The security perimeters and access roads must remain free of any development, deposit, materials, equipment, vehicles, whatever they are.

The accesses to the frontages, water points and fire hydrants must be constantly cleared, which excludes completely, during the periods of opening to the public, any parking of vehicles in the immediate surroundings of the frontages as well as in front of the access doors, the emergency exits and the doors trucks.

All vehicles are subject to the road Code rules and must travel at a very low speed, allowing them to stop immediately in all circumstances, in accordance with the traffic plan in force on the site.

 

2. Conditions of use

2.1 Respect of the spaces

  • Behavior

Visitors and exhibitors are asked to refrain from any aggressive or insulting behavior, from any attitude and/or dress contrary to good morals or likely to inconvenience other users and staff present on the site.

  • Preservation of the sites

In order to guarantee the quality of the reception and to maintain in good condition all the spaces of the site, including the sanitary facilities or the green spaces, it is forbidden to put inscriptions or posters on any property, furniture or building and to throw garbage on the ground.

It is forbidden to use spaces or equipment of the site in a manner that does not conform to their purpose and, in general, to undertake any action that may lead to the deterioration of the premises, equipment and installations, including the plant and decorative elements of the site.

Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining good order in the facilities they occupy. They undertake to take the necessary measures to ensure that visitors do not commit any damage.

  • Waste handling

The site is equipped with waste collection points for sorting waste. Any deposit of objects or waste outside these collection points is strictly forbidden.

  • Nuisances

The use of noisy devices (radios, musical instruments...) is forbidden on the site. Cell phones must be switched to silent mode in the areas assigned to conferences, shows or concerts.

  • Smoking and vaping

In application of article L 3512-8 of the public health code, which sets the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in places assigned to collective use, smoking and vaping are forbidden on the premises and in all covered structures (buildings, marquees, etc.).

Exhibitors are responsible for the measures to be taken to enforce this ban on their stand.

  • Alcohol and drugs

The organizers, exhibitors and visitors undertake to apply and respect, as far as they are concerned, the requirements of the Public Health Code relating to the authorization of temporary drinking establishments and those relating to the repression of public drunkenness and the protection of minors.

All alcohol consumption must respect the legal framework and be done in moderation. Behavior likely to be detrimental to the peace and public order will not be tolerated.

It is formally forbidden to introduce and use drugs on the site, under penalty of permanent exclusion.

 

2.2 Uses

  • Animals

Access to the buildings is strictly forbidden to animals, except for dogs for the assistance of disabled persons. Depending on the specific needs of the event, animals may be allowed for display.

  • Food

Preparation is not permitted in the catering facilities, only reheating is allowed.

  • Access

All access doors may only be opened by an employee of the operator.

No keys to the buildings will be given to the organizers, exhibitors, or subcontractors.

Organizers, exhibitors, subcontractors, and visitors are not allowed to enter the technical rooms.

  • Security

To control the entry and exit of personnel during the periods of assembly, dismantling and operation, as well as for the safety of the materials exhibited outside the periods of opening to the public, it is strongly recommended that the organizers set up a security service. This service must be provided by a security company approved by the operator.

 

3. Organization and safety

3.1 General instructions

For safety reasons, fire safety, the proper functioning of emergency services or to ensure the proper functioning of services, organizers, exhibitors, service providers and visitors must strictly comply with the instructions of the safety and fire personnel present on the site.

This staff is also responsible for ensuring the necessary interventions in case of incident, accident, fire, violence, evacuation of buildings, as well as the application of the present regulations.

 

3.2 Special precautions

The organizers will assume all the operations inherent to the smooth running of the event, in particular the control of the entrances to the premises, so that the movement of the public is carried out in optimal conditions of order and safety and that the number of people accessing the premises is always in conformity with the capacity of the premises, whether regulatory or contractual.

The organizers undertake to prohibit entry or to expel any person or group of persons whose presence or behavior would be prejudicial to the safety of goods and persons or to the tranquility or image of the site.

 

3.3  Control

For reasons of personal safety and to safeguard public property, security personnel present on the site may ask anyone to open their bag and show the contents, at the entrance, exit or any other place on the site. These measures may be systematic and compulsory during periods of heightened security, in the context of the Vigipirate plan.

All persons are required to comply with security checks at the entrance to the site or the area where an event is held, which require a pat-down by specialized personnel. Any person who refuses to comply with the control measures will be refused entry to the site or the area where an event is held or will be expelled.

 

3.4 Fire safety

The security team, in its minimum number, will be under the exclusive responsibility of the operator.

  • Mission

The mission of the fire safety service is to ensure the safety of the public in terms of fire and panic. To do this, its missions on the ground include

  • to ensure the vacuity and permanence of the evacuation routes to the public highway,
  • to organize rounds to prevent and detect fire risks, including in unoccupied premises,
  • to enforce the instructions in case of fire,
  • directing the rescue effort until the fire department arrives, and then placing himself at the disposal of the head of the fire department intervention detachment,
  • to ensure that all fire protection equipment is in good working order and to carry out or arrange for its maintenance.

Any instruction given by a member of the security service must be implemented immediately.

  • In case of illness or incident

Visitors and exhibitors are asked to inform the security personnel by dialing 05 56 11 88 88, the site's single emergency number, or by activating the fire alarm, of any accident or illness occurring to a person and, except in the case of specific validated medical skills, not to touch the person until help is provided.

  • In case of evacuation

In case of a major incident endangering the safety of personnel present in the facility, such as a major technical problem, fire, bomb threat or discovery of a suspicious package, the evacuation of the building will be triggered by an audible alarm. In order for the evacuation to be carried out as quickly as possible and in the best possible safety conditions, visitors and staff present must immediately and calmly move towards the emergency exits provided for this purpose and be guided out by the security personnel. 

  • Objects prohibited for security reasons

It is forbidden to bring onto the site.

  • weapons and ammunition of any kind, tear gas canisters, knives, and sharp objects,
  • dangerous, toxic, explosive, radioactive, flammable, or volatile substances,
  • alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, glass bottles
  • rolling objects (rollerblades, skates, skateboards...)
  • metal cans and glass bottles to be placed in garbage cans
  • objects whose possession or carrying is forbidden on the public highway (weapons, narcotics, etc.) and whose discovery may be followed by a report to the police.

Depending on the event, the above-mentioned list of objects may be extended to prohibit any object that could endanger the health of others.

 

4. Lost and found

Items found at events organized by BEAM can be handed in to a BEAM staff member. Lost and found can be reported on the event website under “practical information”. Lost and found items are kept at the disposal of their owners for a period of two months before destruction or donation.

 

5. Videoprotection

All users of the Parc des Expositions and Palais 2 l'Atlantique are hereby informed that, for security reasons, to prevent personal injury and damage to property, and to prevent acts of terrorism, a videoprotection system has been installed by BEAM in the vicinity of the access points and halls of the Parc des Expositions. The right to access the images may be exercised by contacting BEAM's Legal Director, whose contact details are given at the end of these regulations. Recorded images are automatically deleted after the legal thirty-day period, except in cases of flagrante delicto, preliminary investigation or judicial inquiry. An internal BEAM procedure defines the persons authorized to view and use the images.

 

6. Responsibilities, rights, and duties

During the terms of the concession, the organizer or exhibitor will be responsible for the care of the spaces provided to them. They undertake to use them in a reasonable manner and to comply with the operating regulations of the sites.

As soon as the premises are made available, they become the guardians in the sense of article 1242 of the civil code, which stipulates that one is responsible not only for the damage caused by one's own act, but also for that caused by the act of persons for whom one is responsible, or for things that one has in one's custody.

In order to cover the various civil and contractual responsibilities that they incur with respect to the operator, the organizers and exhibitors undertake to insure themselves, as soon as the reservation contract is signed and for the entire duration of the convention, for sufficient sums, against bodily injury, material and immaterial damage of all kinds that they are likely to cause by their own act or by the act of persons for whom they are responsible.

  • Outside the premises

The circulation and parking of vehicles of any kind on the site are under the exclusive responsibility and at the risk of their owner.

The operator declines all responsibility in case of theft or deterioration of a vehicle due to bad weather (rain, hail, snow, floods,...) or due to other users.

The operator also declines all responsibility in case of damage, accidents, theft of any kind that could be committed during the parking period and concerning both vehicles and accessories.

All drivers must declare to the operator any damage they may cause to the site's installations (poles, lampposts, fire hydrants, doors, fences, etc.)

  • Inside the premises

The organizers, exhibitors, service providers and visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is not responsible for theft, damage or loss of personal belongings.

  • Access rights

In carrying out their missions, the operator or his representative and the security services always have access to all premises on the site.

 

7. Limitations

The following activities are prohibited on the sites.

  • holding any demonstration contrary to public order.
  • to carry out collections, to distribute leaflets or flyers, to carry out surveys, to make propaganda of any kind, without the prior agreement of the operator or the organizer within the framework of an event.
  • to sell products or services of any kind, and in particular consumable products, without the prior agreement of the operator or the organizer of an event;
  • to offer services of any kind without the prior agreement of the operator or the organizer of an event;
  • to engage in any activity not stipulated in the rental agreement between the operator and the organizer

The operator is not responsible for any accidents that may occur in the event of a breach of these rules and regulations and may prosecute offenders in any case of infraction.

All occupants, whether they are organizers, exhibitors, service providers, visitors, or any other person under their responsibility, are required to comply with these rules and regulations and must take note of and respect the safety instructions and signs posted in the buildings on the site, as well as those that may be transmitted by the site's public address system.
