UAV SHOW 2026

General Information about the Event

  • UAV Show is a European trade show dedicated to drones and autonomous systems for both civil and military applications, organized in two phases.

    For this 9th edition:

    • October 7–8 — Exhibition and round tables at Palais 2 l'Atlantique in Bordeaux
    • October 9 — Demonstration day at Sainte-Hélène Airfield

  • UAV Show is a trade exhibition for drone professionals and users across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, construction, defense, energy, media, security, surveying, transportation, and many others.

  • The exhibition brings together around one hundred national and international exhibitors. Round Tables, conferences, and live demonstrations in a dedicated flight cage are also scheduled throughout the event.

  • The Exhibition will take place on October 7 and 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Palais 2 l'Atlantique (Cours Charles Bricaud, Bordeaux).

    The Demo Day will take place on October 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Sainte-Hélène Airfield (Chemin de Villeneuve, 33480 Sainte-Hélène).

Ticketing

  • Several ticket options are available for UAV Show 2026:

    UAV Show Pass (Exhibition + Demo Day + Round Tables)

    • €100 incl. VAT from July 9 to September 7, 2026
    • €120 incl. VAT from September 8, 2026

    Exhibition & Demo Day Pass

    • €50 incl. VAT from July 9 to September 7, 2026
    • €70 incl. VAT from September 8, 2026

    If you decide you'd like to attend the Round Tables after all, you can add this option from your personal account for €50 incl. VAT. Please remember to download your new badge.

  • Only visitors who have received an access code may attend the event free of charge.

  • No, each user may generate only one badge. One email address = one badge.

  • If the issue persists, if your code does not work, if you receive another error message, or if you experience any other difficulties, please contact us at billetterie@beam.fr and we will do our best to assist you.

  • If you haven't received your ticket, please check your spam folder. In any case, you can retrieve it by logging back into your personal account here, using the email address originally used for registration.

  • Please make sure you are logging in with the email address used when registering your badge.

  • As part of an educational visit, teachers and their students may benefit from free admission to the exhibition.

    Individual students are not eligible for a special rate.

  • If you would like to visit the exhibition with your students, please contact us at billetterie@beam.fr and provide the following information:

    • Event name
    • Institution name
    • Name and phone number of the group leader
    • Number of students
    • Number of accompanying staff members (teachers included)
    • Preferred visit date

  • Please send your accreditation request to presse@beam.fr and include:

    • Your full name
    • Your email address
    • Media outlet
    • Job title

    If your request is approved, your badge will be sent to you by email a few days before the event.

  • In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions accepted when placing your order, no refunds can be issued.

  • Your access title and an identity document must be presented during the access control.

    We invite you to prefer the dematerialized ticket in order to help us reduce our impact on the environment.

  • In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, the resale of tickets is prohibited.

  • We invite you to use the digital ticket instead in order to help us reduce our impact on the environment.

    Present your ticket in a paper or digital version at the access control, along with your ID.

  • We are unable to provide invitation letters for visa applications.

  • Badges are strictly personal and will be systematically checked against a valid ID.

  • Go to the Show Ticketing, enter your code and complete the form to obtain your badge.

  • For GDPR reasons, you cannot give your badge to another person.

Getting to UAV Show

  • The Exhibition will take place at Palais 2 l'Atlantique in Bordeaux (Cours Charles Bricaud) on October 7 and 8.

    GPS coordinates: Latitude 44°53'38.375"N – Longitude 0°34'5.5375"W

  • By car:

    • A630 ring road – Exits 4A or 4C
    • 8,000 free parking spaces
    • Access via Cours Jules-Ladoumègue - Gate C

    By tram:

    • Line C – "Parc des Expositions" stop – Gate C

    By bus:

    • Line 37 or 75 – "Parc des Expositions" stop – Gate C
    • Line 32 – "Palais des Congrès" stop – Gate C

  • The Demo Day will take place on October 9 at Sainte-Hélène Airfield (Chemin de Villeneuve).

Your Visit

  • We encourage you to purchase your pass online, as there will be no ticket office available on site.

  • The floor plan and exhibitor list will be available at the entrance of the exhibition.

    You can also consult the exhibitor list, brands, products and latest innovations online here.

  • Only assistance dogs are permitted.

  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards and roller skates are not permitted inside the Exhibition or during the Demo Day.

  • Lost item

    Click here (soon available), providing as much detail as possible.

    If your item is found, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

    You may also visit the Visitor Reception Desk or Exhibitor Reception Desk on site to check whether it has already been found.

    Found item

    Please bring any found item to the Visitor Reception Desk or Exhibitor Reception Desk.

  • Food and snack options are available within the Exhibition.

    During the Demo Day, food trucks will also be available on site.

  • A free cloakroom service is available. You may leave coats, luggage, helmets and other personal belongings there.

  • Free parking is available in car parks PE and PF.

    Access to the car parks is via Cours Jules-Ladoumègue.

  • You can charge your phone or computer in the Relaxation Area / Speaking Space, in the Lounge

  • UAV Show is a trade show dedicated to professionals.

    Access to minor children is however allowed and free of charge, as long as they are under the responsibility of an adult.

  • A relaxation area is available.

  • There is no ATM available at Palais 2 l'Atlantique. The nearest are located at the Auchan Lac shopping centre.
