UAV Show is the European trade show for drones and autonomous systems for both civilian and military applications. This 9th edition will take place from October 7 to 9, 2026, at Palais 2 l’Atlantique in Bordeaux.

UAV Show is a professional event aimed at drone users across various sectors: agriculture, construction, defense, energy, media, security, topography, transportation...

Around one hundred exhibitors, conferences, round tables, a flight cage for demonstrations, and a Demo Day at Mérignac Airport.

UAV Show will be held on October 7 and 8, 2026, at Palais 2 l’Atlantique in Bordeaux, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

The DEMO DAY will take place on October 9, 2026, at Mérignac Airport, 25 Rue Marcel Issartier, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Yes, UAV Show is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Admission to the UAV Show is subject to a fee — stay tuned for the 2026 rates.

Only individuals who have received a free access code will be able to enter the exhibition free of charge.

Each visitor, once they have created an account on the Ticketing platform, can generate only one pass.

Some tips:

• When entering your phone number, please use digits only (no “+” sign) and no spaces to avoid errors.
• Make sure all required fields in the form are completed.

Please note that each email address can only be used once (one email per pass/ticket).

I want to reset my password

Go to the login page, then click “reset my password”. You’ll receive a temporary password at your email address. Log in using that code and then you’ll be able to change your password.

If you’ve tried several times, please note that each code is unique—a new one replaces the previous one.

Individually, students are not eligible for a special rate. However, as part of an educational project, teachers and their students can benefit from free entry to the show.

If you would like to visit the show with your students, please contact us by email at billetterie@beam.fr and include the following details:

• Name of the event
• Name of the institution
• Name and phone number of the group leader
• Number of students
• Number of accompanying persons (including the teacher)
• Preferred date of visit

Please send your accreditation request by email to presse@beam.fr, specifying your media outlet, full name, email address, and role.

If your request is approved, your Press Badge will be emailed to you a few days before the show.

According to the Terms and Conditions (which you must accept before any payment), your UAV Show PASS or DEMO DAY PASS is non-refundable.

It is your entry pass. This access pass is mandatory and will be checked at the entrance to the show.

The e-ticket is digital — when you place your order online, you’ll receive an email allowing you to download it as a PDF.

We encourage you to use the digital version of your ticket to help reduce our environmental impact.

Present your ticket in printed or digital format at the access control. Photos or screenshots are not accepted. An ID is not required.

The exhibition will take place at Palais 2 l’Atlantique, located within the Bordeaux Exhibition Centre, entrance Gate C.

By car – Ring road A630, exits No. 4a or 4C – 8,000 free parking spaces – Access via Cours Jules Ladoumègue.

By tram – Line C, stop “Parc des Expositions” – Access via Gate C.

By bus – Lines 37 or 75, stop “Parc des Expositions” – Access via Gate C, Cours Charles Bricaud.
Line 32, stop “Palais des Congrès” – Access via Gate C, Cours Charles Bricaud.

The DEMO DAY takes place at Mérignac Airport, 25 Rue Marcel Issartier.

We invite you to purchase your pass online, as no ticket sales will be available at the venue.

The floor plan with the list of exhibitors will be available at the entrance of the show.

The conferences will not be recorded or streamed, either during or after the event.

Pets, even on a leash or in a suitable bag, are not allowed.

Only guide dogs are permitted.

Riding a bike, scooter, skateboard, or rollerblades is not allowed inside the venue.

Lost item:

Click here to report your lost item and provide a detailed description. If it is found, you will be contacted as soon as possible. On-site, you can also go to the Main Reception or Exhibitor Reception, where staff can check if your item has been recovered.

Found item:

Please hand in the item at the Main Reception or Exhibitor Reception. Thank you!

A catering area will be available at the show, offering bar and snack options.

For Demo Day, food trucks will be on-site for refreshments.

A free cloakroom will be available at the show where you can leave clothes, bags, helmets, etc.

There will be no cloakroom for Demo Day.

You can leave your suitcases at the cloakroom during the show.

However, there will be no cloakroom at the Demo Day.

A free parking area with 8,000 spaces is available.

Yes, 20 free charging stations will be available in the main entrance hall.
