Based at Avignon Provence Airport, LEEFT develops drone transport for healthcare. The group brings together two complementary entities: LEEFT, a BVLOS operator dedicated to the transport of medical goods (samples, medicines, organs), and LEEFT R&T, a systems integrator and R&D hub designing software, embedded systems and safety devices (FTS), as well as tools that automate SORA assessments. In 2025, LEEFT completed the first drone transport of a kidney graft during a preclinical trial.

LEEFT delivers urgent and sensitive medical goods by drone between laboratories, healthcare facilities and logistics hubs: biological samples, medicines, blood products, organs. We fly BVLOS (beyond visual line of sight) with the S330-MAX, a fixed-wing VTOL drone fitted with a ballistic parachute. The service covers the whole chain: route study, SORA regulatory file, flight operations and full traceability of every flight.
