ADV-POWER

ADVANTELEC, founded in 2011 and currently based in Vénissieux near Lyon, is a French company specialising in the design and manufacture of custom lithium-ion batteries. In 2024, ADVANTELEC set up its new 1,600 m² lithium-ion cell manufacturing plant in Vénissieux, featuring a semi-automated production line with an annual capacity of 15 MWh per production station. This facility produces a range of high-density 300 Wh/kg lithium-ion cells of 16Ah, 18Ah, 20Ah, 25Ah, 32Ah and 35Ah with a maximum discharge rate of 5C. The standard batteries produced are 12S20Ah, 12S25Ah, 6S16Ah, 6S30Ah, 6S35Ah and 4S2P40Ah. Advantelec manufactures custom xSxP batteries with or without BMS. The ADV-POWER brand, created by ADVANTELEC in 2022, offers a complete range of services from design to manufacture of standard or custom batteries, with a focus on relocation to France, sovereignty and secure supplies. The company has been ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2019, testifying to its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. ADVANTELEC is continuing to innovate to meet the challenges of energy performance, with new chemistries aiming for an energy density of 350Wh/kg in 2026, then 400 Wh/kg by 2027-2028.
